Have Excess or Surplus Communications and Information Technology You No Longer Need?
The mission of this campaign is to empower African American youth through training in information technologies and social media platforms to fearlessly engage their natural and developing intelligence and creativity to battle discrimination and injustice and to advocate for race-neutral policies and practices that result in opportunities for them to become outstanding contributory citizens across all areas of life and living.. How you and your organization can help
Your surplus equipment donations in support of our work is a “win, win” for all parties involved. We are in need of laptops, desktops, tablets, iPhones, cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, projectors, scanners, printers, flat screen televisions, and other information technology and communications hardware that you no longer need or are replacing. Simply click on our Electronics for Education portal. We make the process quick and easy for you. Once you’ve completed our short online application, you will receive a thank you response and an EFE representative will contact you to discuss the specific details of your donation and to set up a date and time for pick up. Our partner will collect and transport donated items to our facilities at no cost to you.
All items that are not operating properly and cannot be refurbished will be E-Cycled with our partner Forever Green, a certified E-Cycling company based out of Chantilly, Virginia. Visit their website by clicking here.
Join our other donors and let’s keep going until we flip the script for every at-risk kid trapped in the cycle of “I Can’t Breathe.”
